The Organization Building Bootcamp teaches you how to build and mobilize a grassroots organization, as well as engage in your community.
You will learn how to grow your organization. Additional on-demand content, which complements this material, is available to program enrollees. 
Attendees will learn how to: 
• Develop a strategic plan
• Set expectations
• Build coalitions and manage stakeholders
• Understand the fundamentals of grassroots lobbying
• Organize at municipal and state levels
