2024 NHGOP Annual Meeing

Here are the details for the NHGOP Annual Meeting for 2024:
When: January 13, 2024
Location: Grappone Center, 70 Constitution Avenue, Concord, NH
Credentialing: from 9 to 10 a.m.
Meeting starts: 10 a.m. with late credentialing closing at 10:30 a.m.
Who votes: elected State Committee members. For Rockingham County, State Committee members were elected at our December 2022 meeting to serve through the end of 2024. Many of these positions were elected through town committees and then confirmed by our county delegation.
Bylaw amendment proposals deadline: Thursday 12/21/2023 to be received by 11:59 p.m.
Candidacy for the following positions – Area 1 vice chair, Assistant Secretary, Committeeman and Committeewoman – due by Wednesday Jan. 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
Resolution proposals: due by 12-noon on Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024.
Any resolutions must be submitted in final format. Bylaws must be submitted with suggested wording, placement within the existing document and identify specific words to be removed (if any).
